Cassie began Irish dancing at the age of seven, quickly developing a lifelong passion for the art form. She went on to enjoy a highly successful competitive career, becoming a World medal holder and placing in the top ten at both the Great Britain Championships and the American Nationals.
Cassie also achieved notable success in team dancing, including winning a World Championship title as part of a senior céilí team.
In 2025, Cassie graduated with First Class Honours from a postgraduate programme in Optimising Health for Performance in Irish Dancing at the University of Limerick. This specialist qualification allows her to bring a modern, evidence-based approach to her teaching, with a focus on:
